The goal was to be unique in the industry by leveraging the buying power of the largest supplier of home improvement products in North America, while building long, lasting relationships.

Position Summary
Under supervision of the Showroom Manager, the Account Manager is responsible for growing sales by selling new memberships, cultivating existing Member accounts and assuring profitability of each assigned account.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate prospects from an assigned marketing territory
- Sell memberships to personal prospects
- Maintain a level of professional knowledge about flooring products in order to be able to better sell to and service Members and clients
- Encourage new Members to activate memberships by making their first purchases
- Assist in showroom promotions and events
- Sell products to Members and their clients
- Instruct Members on maintaining control of clients
- Follow up on orders
- Assist in maintaining showroom cleanliness and organization of samples

Schedule
- Full-time, minimum 45 hours per week
- Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturdays 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM (on a rotation schedule)
Compensation & Benefits
- Average first year salary of $65,000, uncapped commission.
