The Role — Member of Technical Staff (ML)
You will contribute to the entire development cycle of our large deep learning models: data, pretraining, alignment, and evaluation.
- Design and run experiments on large-scale multimodal model training
- Improve data quality, curriculum, and evaluation pipelines
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ship research into production
What we look for
- Strong research or engineering track record in deep learning (publications, open-source, or shipped systems)
- Fluency with modern LLM/VLM training stacks (PyTorch, JAX, distributed training)
- Pragmatism and high agency in ambiguous problems
