The Role — Member of Technical Staff (Applied AI)

You will turn frontier models into customer-facing capabilities: fine-tuning, retrieval, agents, and evaluation for real workloads.

Build and tune applied model pipelines for enterprise use cases
Own evaluation harnesses and quality iteration loops
Work directly with customers' hardest AI problems

What we look for

Experience shipping LLM-powered features to production
Strong Python engineering and prompt/eval methodology
Customer empathy and end-to-end ownership
