About the Role
We are seeking a talented Mid-Level UX Designer to join our Design team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences that delight our customers and drive product success. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to transform complex problems into elegant, user-centered design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and compelling user experiences for our suite of products, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints
- Plan and conduct comprehensive user research initiatives, including interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
- Lead usability testing sessions to validate design concepts and gather actionable feedback from users
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design vision and functionality
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business objectives
- Contribute to and help maintain design systems and pattern libraries
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback appropriately
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience, preferably working on consumer-facing digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration
- Demonstrated experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design improvements
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process and problem-solving abilities
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles
- Experience with additional design and prototyping tools
- Background in visual design or related field
