About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our Search product initiatives. In this mid-senior level position, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our search capabilities, working at the intersection of user needs, business objectives, and technical innovation. This is a full-time opportunity where you'll have the autonomy to drive meaningful impact on how users discover and interact with our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategic roadmap for Search features that aligns with company goals and user needs
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-quality search experiences from concept through launch
  • Conduct user research and gather customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement
  • Analyze product metrics, user behavior data, and market trends to inform prioritization decisions and measure success
  • Develop detailed product requirements and specifications that guide development teams toward successful execution
  • Champion the voice of the customer while balancing technical constraints and business priorities
  • Present product updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
  • Monitor competitive landscape and industry best practices to ensure our search capabilities remain innovative and differentiated

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of product management experience, preferably with consumer-facing or search-related products
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and iterating on products from ideation to market
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and product decisions
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Deep understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical trade-offs
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong execution capabilities and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or technical degree is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with search technologies, information retrieval, or machine learning applications
  • Background in SQL and data visualization tools
  • Experience conducting A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
  • Familiarity with user experience design principles
